Steven Michael Sturgeon

Steven Michael Sturgeon passed away suddenly on June 13, 2022, at Seaforth Community Hospital. He was in his 67th year.

 

Steve was the loving husband of Lisa for 12 years; stepfather of Joanne (Isaac) Kroeker and the brother of Laurie (Paul) Smith, Calgary. He was predeceased by his parents Lorne and Mary, his sisters Suzette Buckwald, Diana Peckron and brother Lorne Jr. Sturgeon.

 

Steve loved to go fishing and look at classic cars, as well as build them as models. He loved long conversations and had a great sense of humour. He will be greatly missed by all his family.

 

Visitation took place at the Brussels Community Mennonite Fellowship Church on June 16, followed by the funeral service. Pastor Ken Gazley officiated.

 

In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations to the Adopt-a-Pet Lucknow would be appreciated. Cards of sympathy may be sent to Box 529, Brussels.
