Ruby Hoover

Ruby Hoover of Brussels, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, April 25, 2015. She was in her 84th year.

Ruby was the beloved wife of Russell Hoover, whom she married in 1955 and the loving mother of Terry and Diane of RR 1, Atwood and Bob and Sandy, RR 2, Atwood. Ruby was the special grandma of Samuel, Victoria and Krista. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.

Ruby was predeceased by her parents Percy and Minnie (Houck) Puterbaugh, sisters Irene and her husband Wilfred Bowes and Marion Warren.

In keeping with Ruby’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to a charity of one’s choice will be appreciated by the family.
