Robert "Bob" Scott

Robert “Bob” Scott of Blyth passed away at Clinton Public Hospital on Thursday, June 1, 2017. He was in his 77th year.

Bob was the dear brother of Don and the late Brenda Scott and brother-in-law of Paul and the late Carol Gross. He was predeceased by his parents, Laurie and Dorothy Scott.

Bob will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and partner  for 17 years, Bonnie Fay Bearss, Blyth; and Steven and Frances Bearss, Auburn; Mark and Keatha Bearss, Nova Scotia; Lance and Melanie Bearss, Saskatchewan; Deanna Ritchie, Alberta and Tamara and Chad Trim, British Columbia. Bob was predeceased by Timothy Bearss and William Bearss. 

He will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.

A private family burial has taken place at Blyth Union Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the Blyth Legion on Saturday, June 10 from 2 - 4 p.m.

Donations to the Blyth Legion Building Fund, Diabetes Association or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
