Robert "Blair" Fraser

Robert “Blair” Fraser passed away peacefully at University Hospital in London on Jan. 30 in his 64th year.

 

The loving husband of Debbie for 33 years, Blair was the dear dad of Brad and Katrina Fraser, Angela Fraser and Shantel McCready, Jessica and James Elston, Krista Fraser and Justin Horrigan and the loving grandpa of Mya and Mason Fraser, Karter and Holden Elston.

 

Blair was the beloved son of Melva Fraser and the late Don Fraser (2009). He was the brother of Randy Fraser and the late Lorna Fraser (2020) and the brother-in-law of Don Flewwelling and Joyce Loucks, Joyce and Dan McEachern, Gary and Lori Flewwelling, Wayne and Lynne Flewwelling, Rob and Karen Flewwelling.

 

He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

Blair was a very caring individual; he loved his family, and he was a farmer at heart. Blair would spend many hours talking on the phone checking in with the kids, family and friends and, when he was not on the phone, he was on the computer planning for the next year’s crops. 

 

Blair would strike up conversations wherever he went. It did not matter if he knew the person or not, chances were, Blair knew someone that person knew, and the conversation carried on from there. Many have missed hearing from Blair, and he will be dearly missed. 

 

A celebration of Blair’s life will take place in the spring.
