Mary Christine (Humphrey) Robinson

At Wingham and District Hospital on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, Mary Christine (Humphrey) Robinson of Wingham passed away at the age of 97.

 

The beloved wife of the late Roy Robinson, who predeceased her in 1991, Mary was the loving mother of Len and Doris Robinson, Larry and Janice Robinson, and Steven and Joanne Robinson.

 

She was the grandma of Mark and Kendra Robinson, Tracy and Mike Mulvey, Tim Robinson and Tracy Hehn, Brad and Krista Robinson, Brent and Tracy Robinson, Sherri and Stu Moffatt, Jeremy Robinson, Nicole and Blaze Pellowski, and Stephanie Robinson and the late Jordan Gilkinson and the great-grandma of Abby, Preston, Mac, Kaidin, Callen, Kassidy, Koby, Keaton, Roy, Reese, Rex, Seth, Skylar and Rylan.

 

Mary was the sister of Lorne and Margaret Humphrey. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and their families.

 

She was predeceased by her parents William and Margaret Humphrey, siblings Freida, Greta, Bill, Harold, Caroline and Lloyd and also by many in-laws.

 

A private family service was held with interment at Wingham Cemetery, followed by a celebration of life at the Belgrave Community Centre on Tuesday, Aug. 27.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Belgrave Community Centre would be appreciated and can be done through McBurney Funeral Home.
