Margaret Lillian (née Gardiner) Willis

At Wingham and District Hospital on Monday, Oct. 20, Margaret Lillian (née Gardiner) Willis of Wingham passed away peacefully at the age of 82.

 

She was the loving wife of Timothy “Tim” Willis, and the cherished mother of Rance and Carrie Willis, and Jennifer and Jamie Cosgriffe. Margaret was a devoted grandmother to Max, Lydia, Troy, Katie and Samantha.

 

She will be deeply missed by her brother, Robert Gardiner, and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

 

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Ray and Wilda Gardiner.

 

To celebrate Margaret’s life, a funeral service will be held at the Wingham Columbus Centre on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 2:00 p.m., with a reception to follow.

 

Her final resting place will be Wingham Cemetery.

 

Memorial donations to the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation or the North Huron Community Food Share would be appreciated by the family.
