Marg Boyd

At Wingham and District Hospital on Saturday, April 13, 2024, Marg Boyd of Wingham passed away at the age of 69.

 

The cherished wife of Bill Boyd, Marg was the loving mom of Jessica O’Connell, Amy and Kyle Baker, Ashley Boyd, Amanda Boyd and Chelsea Allen and step-mom of Kim Utley. She was the loving grandma of Briar and Camille Baker and Kendall Fraser and great-grandma of Chloe and Ryan. 

 

Marg was the dear sister of Pete and Susan O’Neill, Stella and Bob Rumblelow and Martina O’Connell. Marg will be missed by her best friend Sherry MacLellan and her nieces and nephews. 

 

She was predeceased by her parents Patrick and Maureen O’Neill, step-son Tim Boyd and brother-in-law Jerry O’Connell.
Visitation was held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday, April 17 and a private family service followed with interment at Wroxeter Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
