Darren Tanner

Darren Tanner of Bluevale, passed away suddenly on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022. He was 43.

 

Darren was the devoted partner of Rebecca Buchanan and the loving dad of Hunter and Baylee. He was the dear son of Bruce Tanner and Chris Emerson, Wiarton, the cherished brother of Bruce Tanner and Janice Langenegger, Kitchener and the uncle of Ally Tanner. Darren will be lovingly remembered by  Becky’s family and by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

 

Darren was predeceased by his daughter Gabriel Lee and mom Evelyn (Ortlieb) Tanner.

 

A celebration of Darren’s life will be held at the Wingham Knights of Columbus Hall on Sunday, Oct. 23 from 1-4 p.m. A private family graveside will be held at Wingham Cemetery. 

 

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wingham and District Hospital Foundation or an Education Fund, set up to support Darren’s two daughters, would be appreciated and may be placed through McBurney Funeral Home. Please make cheques payable to Rebecca Buchanan.
