Collision north of Blyth results in charges for North Huron resident
On Tuesday afternoon, members of the Fire Department of North Huron, as well as local paramedics and Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, responded to reports of a two-vehicle collision involving a horse trailer just north of Blyth on London Road north of Moncrieff Road.
The incident sent one person to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and resulted in police charging one of the drivers, a 53-year-old from North Huron, with failure to yield from a private road. As a result of the collision and rescue efforts, the road was closed for several hours, but reopened that evening. (Scott Stephenson photo)
