Brenda Susanne (Morrell) Fotheringham

Brenda Susanne (Morrell) Fotheringham of Wingham, formerly of Bluevale, passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Monday, June 23, 2025, in her 76th year.

The beloved spouse of Wayne Riley of Wingham, Brenda was the mother of Christine and Mike Buckley of Waterloo, Janice Fotheringham and Rob Marriner of New Brunswick, and Chad and Katelyn Fotheringham of Palmerston, and stepmother of Christie Riley and Joseph Riley.

She was the grandmother of Charlie, Joshua, Marcus, Michayla (Ethan), Beau, and Oscar, and great-grandmother of Presley. Brenda was the sister-in-law of Phyllis Gower of Lucan, and she will be remembered by Wayne’s nieces and nephews.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Margaret (Walls) Morrell.

Visitation was held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Thursday, where the funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at the Harriston Legion.

Interment will be in Brussels Cemetery.
