Blyth Brussels U18 Rep Crusaders begin Wingham Silver Stick journey

This weekend, the Blyth Brussels Crusaders will be in Mildmay to take part in the Greg Deitz Memorial Tournament, while the U18 Rep team will begin its Wingham Silver Stick journey.
The U18 Rep team will first play the Arran Elderslie (Chesley, Paisley, Tara) Ice Dogs on Nov. 12 in Wingham, followed by games with the Wingham Ironmen on Nov. 17 and the Saugeen Shores Storm on Nov. 18, both in Wingham.
In regular season play this weekend, beginning on Saturday, Nov. 11, the U8 Black and Burgundy teams will play two South Bruce teams in Brussels, while the U9 LL team will be in Goderich to play the Sailors.
The U13 Rep Crusaders will be in Kincardine to play the Kinucks and the U11 LL team will play the Vipers in Arthur, while the U13 LL Crusaders will welcome the Kincardine Kinucks Superheat team to Brussels, followed by a game between the U18 LL Crusaders and the Mount Forest Rams, also in Brussels.
On Nov. 12, the U7 White and Black teams will play two Zurich Thunder teams on the road, while the U8 Black and Burgundy teams will play two Mitchell Meteors teams in Blyth. Also that day, the U11 HL team will play the Goderich Sailors White team on the road and the U11 Rep Crusaders will welcome the Bruce Peninsula Predators to Blyth.
On Nov. 13, the U15 Rep team will play the Mid-Huron Huskies D team in Blyth, followed by the U13 Rep team heading to Clinton for a game with the Mid-Huron Huskies.
The U13 LL team will be at home in Blyth on Nov. 15 to play the Central Perth Predators, followed by a game between the U15 LL Crusaders and the Mitchell Meteors, also in Blyth.
Then, on Nov. 17, the U13 Rep team will head to Lucknow to take part in the annual Lucknow Legion Tournament, the U15 LL team will be in Exeter for the South Huron Silver Stick and the U11 LL team will head to Seaforth for the Bill Carnochan Memorial Tournament.
The U15 LL team will open with a game against the South Huron Sabres Red team and the U18 Rep team and the U11 HL team will play the Mid-Huron Huskies 2 team, followed by a game with the Goderich Sailors.
On Nov. 18, tournament action continues, as the U15 LL Crusaders will play the Mid-Huron Huskies 2 team, the U11 LL team will play the South Huron Sabres and then the Mid-Huron Huskies 1 team and the U15 LL Crusaders will play the North Middlesex Stars.
In regular season action, the U7 Burgundy team will play the Howick Hornets on the road, while the U7 Black and White teams will host two Wingham Ironmen teams in Blyth and the U8 Black and Burgundy teams will be in Teeswater to play two South Bruce teams.
Also that day, the U11 Rep team will be on the road for a game with the Shallow Lake Lakers, the U9 LL team will be in Listowel to play the Cyclones and the U13 LL team will be in Tiverton to play the Kincardine Kinucks MicroAge team and the U21 team will welcome the Arthur Vipers to Blyth.
Then, on Sunday, Nov. 19, the U9 MD team will welcome the Listowel Cyclones MD team to Blyth and the U11 Rep team will be in Southampton to play the Saugeen Shores Storm D team.
Looking back, on Nov. 5, the U13 LL team lost to the Mid-Huron Huskies 1 team on the road by a score of 5-2, the U9 MD team ended its game in Blyth with the Mitchell Meteors MD team in a scoreless tie, the U13 Rep team lost to the Lakers in Shallow Lake by a score of 11-1 and the U18 LL Crusaders beat the Listowel Cyclones 2 team on the road by a score of 7-4.
On Nov. 4, the U8 Black and Burgundy teams played two Listowel Cyclones teams in Brussels, the U7 Burgundy and White teams were on the road to play two Mid-Huron Huskies teams and the U9 LL team played the Meteors in Mitchell, but scores were not kept for those games. Also that day, the U13 Rep team lost to the Walkerton Capitals in Blyth by a score of 11-0 and the U21 team tied the Mid-Huron Huskies in Clinton by a score of 3-3.
The U18 Rep team was in Brussels that night to play the Goderich Sailors, but a score for that game was unavailable at press time.
On that weekend, the U11 Rep team was in Goderich to take part in the Ryan O’Reilly Tournament, but scores for that tournament were not available at press time.
On Nov. 2, the U18 LL team was in Wingham and beat the Ironmen by a score of 3-1. The previous night, Nov. 1, the U15 LL team beat the Listowel Cyclones in Blyth by a score of 4-3.
On Oct. 30, the U11 Rep team lost to the Mid-Huron Huskies D team in Seaforth by a score of 4-2 and the U15 LL team beat the Mid-Huron Huskies 2 team, also in Seaforth.
On Nov. 6, the U15 Rep team played the Mitchell Meteors D team in Blyth, followed by a Nov. 7 game between the U18 Rep team and the Huron-Bruce Blizzard in Ripley, the U9 MD team taking on the Mid-Huron Huskies MD team in Bayfield on Nov. 8 and a Nov. 9 game between the U18 Rep Crusaders and the Wingham Ironmen on the road, but scores for those games were unavailable at press time.
