Beverley Doreen Walker née Katzin
Beverley Doreen Walker née Katzin, born in 1941 in Calgary, Alberta, passed peacefully at Huron Hospice on Oct. 19, 2023, after a short bout with pancreatic cancer.
Bev was known as a downhill ski instructor, rodeo rider, medical lab tech, print maker, silk artist, avid gardener, gourmet chef, arts advocate, extraordinary volunteer, world traveler and loving wife and mother. She led an adventurous and productive life.
She had an undeniably feisty spirit, huge heart, and a kindness that was felt by every person she encountered.
Bev is survived by loving family, husband Ronald, daughters Shawna and Tammy, granddaughters Myelle and Iyla, son-in-law Damon.

A celebration of her extraordinary life will occur in the coming spring.
