Allan (Bert) Campbell

At his home on Oct. 19, 2024,  Allan (Bert) Campbell of Wingham passed away at age 86.

 

The beloved husband of Georgie Campbell, he was the cherished dad of Dean and Nancy Campbell, Cindy and Dave Thompson, Craig Campbell, Shawn and Hannah Campbell, Jason and Caroline Campbell, Rick August, John and Erin Hockey.

 

Bert was the loved grandpa and great-grandpa of many and the brother and brother-in-law of John and Linda Campbell, Gorden and Maureen Campbell, Susan Campbell, Eleanor Campbell and Linda Campbell.

 

He was predeceased by his first wife Marilyn Campbell, granddaughter Tara MacDonald, brothers Donald, Lorne, Ron, Bruce and sisters Ivy Cloakey, Marilyn Galbraith and Gladys VanCamp (Clare).

 

Interment has taken place at Brandon Cemetery, Belgrave.

 

A celebration of life will be held at Belgrave Community Centre on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 2-4 p.m.
